Selling a home means appealing to the emotions of the buyer. In order to do this properly, an extensive list of preparations need to be done before exposing a property to the public. How many times have you seen a listing go to market with a big name Realtor and there are no photos? This is criminal and just one example of what should never happen.
 
 
A home, like anything else, gets the greatest amount of attention when it is new to the market. This means that the preparation, marketing and promotional materials should all be done prior to releasing the property to the public.
